Simple Day Coverage $2500
A streamlined approach for wedding days with a simple structure and fewer moving parts.
What this is
This offering is designed for wedding days that feel relaxed and contained. Typically this means one primary location, a manageable group of people, and a timeline that does not require heavy coordination or production.
I work best in environments where I can stay present and respond to what is actually happening, rather than managing a complex sequence of events or chasing an extensive shot list.
What it looks like
Wedding party typically around 10 people or fewer
Short, focused family photo session, up to 30 minutes
Up to 8 hours of continuous coverage
Additional time available at $200 per hour
Approach
The day should feel relaxed and not require constant direction to function.
I will guide when it is needed, especially for portraits and family photos, but I am not there to carry the day through personality or production. I tend to fit in as another adult in the room and work from what is actually happening.
This is a good fit for couples who value meaningful, intentional coverage of their relationships over trying to document every possible detail or shot request.
Editing
Clean, consistent editing focused on color and exposure. No heavy retouching or stylized processing. Just a natural, honest finish.
Digital or Film
This offering is available in two approaches:
Digital Coverage
A straightforward, consistent documentation of the day.
Film-Forward Coverage
A slower, more selective approach built primarily around film. Digital is used where it is most practical, especially ceremony and family photos. The overall emphasis is on moments over completeness. This typically results in fewer, more intentional images.
What you can expect
You still get my full experience and attention on the day.
I will guide when it is needed and help things move cleanly without turning the day into a production. During the consult, we will shape a simple timeline so everything flows well without needing constant management.
When this is a good fit
A wedding day with one primary location or minimal travel
A timeline that is straightforward and relaxed
Couples who do not need extensive direction or production support
A focus on people and moments over coverage of everything
When it is not
For wedding days with multiple locations, larger or more complex timelines, or situations that require active coordination throughout the day, I recommend my full coverage approach, which allows for a different level of support and flexibility.
Booking Window
This offering is available for wedding dates within the next 6 months.
I keep this window intentionally short so I can stay focused and responsive to a small number of simpler wedding days as they come up.
